All wholesale orders must be prepaid in full at the time of purchase. We are not able to offer net terms or payment upon shipping.

Drop ship requests from approved retailers will have a 20% charge.

Retailers are responsible for providing shipping labels and customer service.

Basic repairs are complimentary for retailers who have placed consistent orders within the last 6 months. Standard repair charges apply for retailers who have not purchased within the last 6 months. To request a repair, use the form below.

Shipping to and from Gjenmi Studio is not included — all pieces will be returned via UPS/USPS with Signature Required for a flat rate of $14.95.

Gjenmi is no longer traveling for markets or trade shows, but we are available for road appointments, studio appointments (Highland Park, CA) and virtual appointments!
