Holiday Shipping & Returns

Dates are the last day to place an order to receive by 12/24. Transit times are estimated and are not guaranteed.
Eligible items purchased from November 15 - December 25 can be returned/exchanged through January 15, 2025.
All merchandise must be returned in its original condition with packaging. Return/exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Shipping and Route Package Protection charges are non-refundable. Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from your merchandise total. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.
To request a return, use the form below to email us and we will review and reply with further instructions. All returns must have prior approval from gjenmi to be processed.
Orders
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Most pieces are made to order and ship within 10-15 business days. Ready To Ship items will ship the next business day. We do not partial ship at this time.
During high volume shipping periods and holidays, please allow additional time for your order to be processed and shipped.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for tracking to update.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for pick-up. Most pieces will be ready for pickup within 10-15 business days. Ready To Ship items will be ready for pickup the next business day. If your order contains both made to order and Ready To Ship items, a confirmation will be sent when the entire order is ready.
Order Pickups must be accompanied by your confirmation email to collect your order. Please pick up during business hours within 20 days of your order. Our store hours are linked here. (Appointments are no longer required for order pickups!)

gjenmi does not currently ship internationally. Check out our list of retailers who may ship to you!
gjenmi is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages once in transit or marked as "delivered" by the courier. Please contact the courier for resolution. If Route Shipping Protection was purchased, you may file a claim here.
We highly recommend selecting a delivery address that is secure (signature is required for all orders). Shipping insurance is available through Route Shipping Protection.
Returns

gjenmi does not offer free returns or exchanges. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to the studio, but gjenmi will send the new item for no additional shipping charge.
We recommend insuring packages for the full value of your return as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
gjenmi does not offer price adjustments on previous orders.

Repairs & Resizing
We offer a 6 month limited warranty for pieces purchased at Gjenmi Studio or gjenmi.com covering any damages due to manufacturing defects (as determined by our studio).
The following types of damages are NOT covered as they are considered normal wear and tear or damage from neglect/abuse; repair and shipping fees will apply to: broken chains or clasps, bent bands, scratches, tarnishing (see Jewelry Care). Herringbone and NY Box chains/bracelets are delicate by nature and cannot be repaired.

Items purchased from another retailer must be returned to the store where it was originally purchased for a repair.
Jewelry Care
Each piece of gjenmi jewelry is handcrafted and requires delicate handling. To keep your jewelry looking like new, please take general care of your pieces — using a microfiber jewelry cloth, wipe down your gjenmi piece after each wear and place inside it’s pouch before storing in a jewelry box.
Pearls, opals and other semi-precious stones require special attention. Exposure to oils/chemicals/liquids and certain lifestyles can result in change in color, texture and/or luster.
The Herringbone and NY Box chains are delicate and require special care. Do not twist or bend the chain. General wear, certain activities (sleep/shower/exercise) and/or adding pendants onto the chain can cause permanent dents or breakage that cannot be repaired.
Always store your Herringbone Chain flat in a jewelry box or the packaging it came in.
14k gold jewelry can tarnish over time when exposed to oils from our skin, harsh chemicals, sweat or even from certain elements present in the air. (Rare, but it happens!)
Discoloration should be easily removed with a jewelry polishing cloth or by cleaning with warm water, mild soap and a (new/unused) soft bristled tooth brush.
Miscellaneous
Our white diamonds are natural, clarity VS/SI and color F/G.
Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our jewelry and the accuracy of measuring instruments.
